Notice of Financial Incentives: We may offer promotions requiring PI (e.g., an email address) for participation. Participation is voluntary, and the availability of promotions may vary.

Additional verification, such as purchase details or a signed declaration, may be required. Authorized agents must provide a signed authorization letter or power of attorney. Appeals of denied requests can be submitted using the request ID.

Retention After Deletion Requests: After requesting deletion or account cancellation, certain PI may persist in backup records. We may retain data as required by law, to prevent fraud, or for legitimate business purposes such as account recovery and support. All retained data remains subject to the current Policy and legal requirements.
Response Timeline

Communications

Promotional Emails: Opt-out using the unsubscribe link in emails; allow up to seven (7) days for this to take effect. This does not affect transactional communications.
Data Security
Vigdee employs reasonable measures to safeguard your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no system can guarantee complete security.
