I’m having trouble deciding on a kit. Can you help?

We recommend a Vigdee Kit subscription! Our creative pros have carefully planned out a sequence of kits that are sure to be fun and informative for anyone 10 years and older. If you're still not sure, you can always select a one-time kit to try in our Shop All section.

What will be included in my subscription?

Your Vigdee Kits will include everything you need to take a creative adventure—including any necessary tools to assemble your project. With our audio-visual step-by-step instructions, you’ll learn how to take an assortment of seemingly ordinary household and disposable items and turn them into a work of art.

How often will I receive a Vigdee Kit?

When you sign up for our monthly boxes, you’ll receive 1 Vigdee kit per month for the duration of your subscription.

Can I decide which boxes I want for my monthly subscription?

When you select your subscription, you'll see a preview of the various kits you'll receive each month. If you prefer a specific kit, you can purchase individual kits at any time.

How many kit collections do you have?

Currently, we have our complete African Safari collection. We’ve got tons of other ideas that are already in the works, so be sure to stay tuned to the Vigdee communitee for the latest updates!

Once I place my order, how soon can I expect to receive my first Vigdee kit?

Once your order is placed, we get right to work! We do our best to get every order fulfilled within 1-3 business days—so your kit should be in your creative hands within 3-7 business days. We can’t wait!

Vigdee Kits

How do Vigdee Kits help my child learn?

Research shows that kinesthetic activities—like building, drawing, and creating—enhance connections between different areas of the brain, thereby strengthening your child's capacity to learn, comprehend, and create independently. Additionally, each kit comes with a booklet and a video rich in fascinating facts and information about the animal that inspired the kit, including insights into the animal's lifestyle, habits, and conservation efforts.

Can my child complete the kit on their own—or is it too difficult?

Our experts have designed these activities to be challenging, so that your child can reap maximum educational and creative benefits. However, most kids aged 10 and up can complete the kit on their own, without parental assistance.

What ages will benefit most from Vigdee kits?

Our boxes were designed for people aged 10 and up.

Will I need other tools or materials to complete the projects in my kit?

Nope! All of the necessary tools and materials will be included in each kit. Enjoy!

What is the expected time to complete one kit?

The amount of time to complete a project can vary depending on your child’s age and ability—as well as the specific kit. The average completion time is 2-4 hours.

Is it possible to purchase just one kit?

Yes! You can purchase individual kits in our Shop.

Can my kids share one subscription?

Well, our kits are specifically designed for one person, but if your kiddos work well together, we don’t see why not!

Are your products safe?

We only use child-friendly materials in our kits. However, it's important to note that these kits are not designed for children younger than 10 years old. Be sure to follow the instructions included within your kit and give kids parental supervision for optimal safety.

Is it possible to purchase the kits in bulk for a classroom or event?

Yes! We offer discounts for bulk and classroom orders. For more details, please reach out to us at educators@vigdee.com

Gifting

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards. Simply send one to someone special, and they can use it as a payment method during checkout.

Billing

What if I need to temporarily pause my subscription?

We understand that life happens...If you need to pause your subscription for any length of time, please reach out to us via email or phone.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel at any time by logging into your account, going to “Subscriptions” and clicking on the "watch the video" button choosing the “Cancel” option. In your next billing cycle (1, 3, or 6 months, depending on your subscription), Your payment will not be processed for the next billing cycle and you won’t receive a new kit. 

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Our subscriptions are automatically set to renew at the start of each billing cycle (1, 3, or 6 months, depending on your subscription). By purchasing, you agree that your subscription will
automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Account Dashboard.

Can I reactivate a canceled Vigdee subscription?

Maybe; it depends on several factors. Please fill out this Request Form for help with reactivating canceled subscriptions. 

Does Vigdee store my payment information?

No. We take your personal security very seriously. Because of this, we don’t store any payment information from our customers-not even temporarily. Instead, we trust a third-party payment
processor to keep your info safe. All payment information submitted on our website is sent directly to our processor Shopify. Their data policy can be found at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms-payments/us

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax is determined based on the address you provided in your billing information. We will automatically calculate and apply the appropriate sales tax based on your State—and you will see the total amount, including sales tax, displayed at checkout.

When will I be charged for my kit(s)?

For a single kit, you will be charged immediately upon purchase. For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged immediately for the first month, and then once every month thereafter. For our 3 and 6 month subscriptions, you will be charged at the start of every 3 or 6 month billing period, depending on your subscription.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information by logging in to your Account Dashboard. If you need help, contact us with this Request Form

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship kits inside of the U.S. Keep an eye on our communitee for any updates to this policy.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please fill out this Request Form. We’ll set up a replacement so you can get back to the fun. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Vigdee may request photos of the damaged items before processing a replacement.”We’ll set up a replacement so you can get back to the fun.

What if items are missing from my Vigdee box?

We take painstaking efforts to ensure this doesn’t happen. If you think that there’s an item missing from your kit, you can log in to your account to see a full list of the items that should have been included in your kit. If you’re missing something, fill out this Request Form If you believe an item is missing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your kit. We’ll review and
arrange a replacement if appropriate.

How do I change the shipping address for my subscription?

To change the shipping address for a subscription log into your account dashboard go to subscription, click on watch the video, you will see your address with an option to edit it.

What’s are Vigdee Collectibles?

When you submit pictures of creative ideas or artwork inspired by Vigdee kits, you’ll receive one of our adorable collectibles that you can print, save and trade. By submitting your artwork, you grant Vigdee permission to use, display, and share your submission in connection with the
Vigdee Communitee.

How do I submit my artwork?

Upload your ideas or finished creations to Submit Your Art Please refer to our Terms for legal submission framework.

Educators

Do you offer discounts for educators?

Yes! Bulk classroom purchases are eligible for discounts. For more information, contact us at educators@vigdee.com.

How do I place a bulk order?

To place a bulk order, email us at educators@vigdee.com. A member of our Customer Service Team will follow up with you shortly.

Can I place a tax-exempt order?

Yes, eligible tax-exempt organizations can place tax-exempt orders. Please provide valid and current tax exemption documentation at the time of your request. For assistance, email us at
educators@vigdee.com. Orders without proper documentation may be subject to applicable taxes.

How long does delivery take?

After your bulk order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier schedules, and unforeseen circumstances. Vigdee is not liable for delays beyond its control.
